When I was first starting out and working with a business coach, every week he'd sit across the table from me and ask me what I wanted to work on that week.  I would look back at him and think, "well, I don't know -- why don't you tell me what we should be working on because I don't know what I don't know!".  And once I became a business coach, I decided I'd do it differently.
